Payment Policy

At DentalTrim, we strive to offer a seamless and secure payment experience for all of our customers. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this Payment Policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we process payments and ensure transaction security.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Mada .
Bank Transfer (Local Payments): For customers in Saudi Arabia, we offer direct bank transfer as a payment option. Bank details will be provided at checkout.
Payment Gateways: e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Mada, etc.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders within Saudi Arabia. COD fees may apply.
Please note that some payment methods may only be available for certain locations.
Currency
All prices listed on DentalTrim are in [Saudi Riyals (SAR)]. If you are making a purchase from outside Saudi Arabia, your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion fees.
2. Payment Security
We take your security seriously. Our website uses secure encryption technology (SSL) to protect your personal and payment information during transmission. All payment transactions are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways, ensuring that your data is encrypted and protected.
We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. For added security, credit card details are encrypted and processed by third-party payment providers.
3. Payment Authorization and Verification
For your protection and ours, we may require additional information or verification to process your payment. In the case of suspicious activity or failed verification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Payment Issues
If there is an issue with processing your payment (such as insufficient funds or incorrect payment information), your order will not be confirmed until the issue is resolved. Please double-check your payment details before completing your purchase.

5. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us to ensure your order was processed correctly.
6. Taxes and Duties
Domestic Orders (Saudi Arabia): The applicable Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Orders: For orders shipped outside of Saudi Arabia, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible atsales@dentaltrim.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
