We offer shipping within Saudi Arabia and to selected international locations. The availability of shipping options may vary based on your location.

1.2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (Saudi Arabia): Flat-rate or calculated shipping depending on the carrier and location.

International Shipping: Costs depend on the destination and size of the package.

1.3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as DHL, Aramex, FedEx for both domestic and international shipments. You will be able to track your order once it has been shipped.

1.4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

Domestic (Saudi Arabia): Standard shipping takes approximately  3–5 business days.

International: Delivery times range from 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or natural disasters.

1.5. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

1.6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid separately by the customer upon delivery.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1. Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

You have  14  days from the date of delivery to request a return.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Opened or used consumables (e.g., dental materials, liquids).

Customized or personalized items.

Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.

2.2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at sales@dentaltrim.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Approval: We will review your request and provide you with return instructions if the return is approved.

Shipping the Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2.3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@dentaltrim.com with details of the issue.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the situation. You may be required to provide photos of the damage or defect.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 3 business days, follow these steps:

Check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
